Chief Financial Officer (Cfo) | G-011

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations working closely with the CEO. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing the financial function of a technology startup, including supporting management in fundraising processes, different financial instruments and investor relations. The role emphasizes financial strategy, control, planning, risk management, reporting, and auditing.Responsibilities:Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.Build and maintain long-term financial models.Supervise all financial operations and economic-financial control systems.Coordinate and produce all required economic-financial reports.Implement and enhance the company's operational processes and supervision.Manage the company's ERP.Handle relationships with partners and investors.Maintain relationships with banks.Supervise the company's operations and day-to-day office activities.Supervise the justification of national and European grants.Work and create projections of both company finances and operations (number and type of employees, office space).Supervise and contribute to the commercial legal aspects of the business alongside the CEO and business development personnel.Supervise accountability.Manage HR offers and conditions and 3rd party IT suppliers.Interface with corporate legal firm.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Previous experience in a CFO role for at least 5 years.Experience in fundraising processes.Experience in international operations.Prior experience in ERP implementation and management.Strong leadership skills and team management experience.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluent in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
