Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic plans.Capital Management: Oversee capital structure, financing, and investment decisions.Cash Flow Management: Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.Risk Assessment: Assess and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to minimize exposure.Tax Planning: Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position.Team Leadership: Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence. Qualifications:Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required.
