Location: Ortigas Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM) Salary: To be discussed upon interview Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred - Proven experience (10+ years) in finance leadership roles, with significant exposure to financial management and strategy development - Prior experience in the renewable energy sector or related industries is highly desirable - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels - Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving financial performance and achieving business objectives
