YOUR TASKS:Challenge technical rounds and support in solving technical issues across systems.Provide technical solution proposals at turbine level.Ensure quality of product in development projects.Track consistency of technical solutions applied in different projects.Ensure risk management in projects is properly done.Escalate technical issues & risks in engineering.Monitor validation plan on product level and support creation of verification / validation plans for systems.Engineering ambassador of product outside engineering.Closes the lifecycle loop in design at turbine level, ensuring that learnings in field are applied in new designs.Deliver product requirements and ensure their fulfillment.Support creation of system requirements.Monitor quality of DFMEA.YOUR PROFILE:Profound and broad knowledge of wind turbine technology.At least 7 years of experience in solving complex technical issues at turbine level or in different turbine systems.Excellent communication skills and assertiveness.Broad network among experts community.Good understanding of project development processes.Proven track record in problem solving, overcoming obstacles and providing practical solutions for challenging and complex problems.High degree of flexibility, proven ability to work in international teams, positive attitude towards cultural differences, and ability to motivate project team members.Professional working proficiency in German (for Germany's open position) / Spanish (for Spain's open position) and English; further language skillsbeneficial (Spanish / German).Degree in technical study path.Knowledge of FMEA, system engineering, and WTG certification guidelines would be positively evaluated.Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
