Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operation, reporting, compliance, and to assist the Director of Finance ensuring the hotel financial strategy is implemented in accordance with Hotel's policy & procedures.Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, support, and feedback. Ensure the team's work is accurate, timely, and meets the organization's standards.Oversee the implementation of accounting and financial software systems. Ensure integration with other operational systems.Strategic planning: Participate in the development and implementation of the company's strategic plans.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.Identifying issues with accounting processes or procedures that could lead to future errors or misinterpretations of data.
