The selected person will mainly handle administrative and financial tasks and will also support the sales team.Main Responsibilities:Preparation of a draft version of the annual Statutory Accounts within the deadlines set by HeadquartersDaily data entry of Accounts Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, Receipts, PaymentsComprehensive compliance with tax obligations for monthly and annual returns and outpayments to tax AuthoritiesMonthly follow-up on overdue creditsDispatch of emails to customers regarding their outstanding balances and/or providing detailed information on individual invoice due datesCooperation with external auditors in determining the annual taxable income; fulfilling their requests in terms of documentation to be produced, reconciliations to be prepared and adjustments to be postedSupport to the sales team and the back officeCollaboration with Headquarters for preparation of the monthly reporting packagePreparation of annual budgeting as per Group standards set by HQRequirements:At least 4 years of relevant experienceEconomics DegreeGood knowledge of EnglishPlanning and organizational skillsGood knowledge of ExcelKnowledge of SAP Business One or other ERPsPlace of work: MadridEurosearch Consultants, in charge of the recruiting process, guarantees maximum confidentiality and equal employment opportunity to both genders (L. 903/77).#J-18808-Ljbffr
