Chief Accountant & Administration Manager

EDGE - A Division of Eurosearch Consultants - Madrid, Spain Negotiable Full-Time 1 position Eurosearch Consultants, on behalf of a Multinational Italian manufacturing Group, is looking for a candidate to handle administrative and financial tasks while supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities: Preparation of a draft version of the annual Statutory Accounts within the deadlines set by Headquarters Daily data entry of Accounts Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, Receipts, and Payments Comprehensive compliance with tax obligations for monthly and annual returns and outpayments to tax Authorities Monthly follow-up on overdue credits Cooperation with external auditors in determining the annual taxable income; fulfilling their requests in terms of documentation to be produced, reconciliations to be prepared, and adjustments to be posted Support to the sales team and the back office Collaboration with Headquarters for preparation of the monthly reporting package Preparation of annual budgeting as per Group standards set by HQ Requirements: At least 4 years of relevant experience Economics Degree Good knowledge of English Planning and organizational skills Good knowledge of Excel Knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERPs Eurosearch Consultants, in charge of the recruiting process, guarantees maximum confidentiality and equal employment opportunity to both genders (L. 903/77).
