Chief Accountant & Administration Manager

Eurosearch Consultants, on behalf of a Multinational Italian manufacturing Group, is looking for a

Chief Accountant & Administration Manager. The selected person will mainly handle administrative and financial tasks and will also support the sales team.


Posizione: Main Responsibilities: Preparation of a draft version of the annual Statutory Accounts within the deadlines set by Headquarters Daily data entry of Accounts Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, Receipts, Payments Comprehensive compliance with tax obligations for monthly and annual returns and outpayments to tax Authorities Monthly follow-up on overdue credits Dispatch of emails to customers regarding their outstanding balances and/or providing detailed information on individual invoice due dates Cooperation with external auditors in determining the annual taxable income; fulfilling their requests in terms of documentation to be produced, reconciliations to be prepared and adjustments to be posted Support to the sales team and the back office Collaboration with Headquarters for preparation of the monthly reporting package Preparation of annual budgeting as per Group standards set by HQ Requisiti: Requirements: At least 4 years of relevant experience Economics Degree Good knowledge of English Planning and organizational skills Good knowledge of Excel Knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERPs Altre informazioni: Place of work: Madrid
