We are opening our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa, with an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest around 500 million euros in Tortosa in the coming years, reaching at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.

Main duties and responsibilities

Responsible for the control of the production of glues and formaldehyde at the production plant in Burgos.Responsible for fulfilling orders and supplying both the Burgos plant and Salas de los Infantes.Enforce Kronospan production and quality standards.Control the maintenance of the chemical plant and the materials used in it.Ensure all equipment is functioning properly.Oversee projects and R+D+i.Manage personnel hiring and selection processes at the chemical plant.Control shifts.Responsible for all jobs.Monitor attendance of plant personnel, sign the daily ZM04, and authorize overtime payment.Manage shift changes, permits, vacations, etc.

Requirements

Fluency in English.5 years in a manufacturing industry (preferably) with a clear track record.Studies: Chemical engineer degree.
