We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to coordinate project activities related to water treatment equipment and chemical dosage and control equipment. The Project Administrator will manage schedules, arrange assignments, communicate progress to all team members, assist with procurement activities, help prepare project documents and reports, and support the service team in identifying and ordering spare parts and small equipment.
Reporting directly to the Chemfeed Manager for Iberia, the Project Administrator's main responsibilities include preparing action plans, analyzing risks and opportunities, and gathering necessary resources. This role will work closely with a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, suppliers, and internal departments essential to each project. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial for success in this position.
Responsibilities:Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g., assigned tasks and next steps)Break projects into manageable tasks and set timeframes and goalsCreate and update workflowsPrepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholdersOrder resources, such as equipment and softwareRetrieve necessary information (e.g., user/client requirements and relevant case studies)Monitor project progress and address potential issuesProbe suppliers and seek the right tools and equipment for each projectMeasure and report on project performanceAct as the point of contact for all project participantsAssist the service team with identification and ordering of spare partsMinimum Requirements:Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role or experience in the water treatment field will be valuableHands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedulesKnowledge of project management software will be valuableSolid organization and time-management skillsTeam spiritBSc in Business Administration or related field.Knowledge and experience with water treatment and chemical dosing systems will be valuableFluent in Spanish and English needed
