What you'll do: As a Check-In Intern , you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by managing the following key activities: Conduct check-ins for arriving tenants, ensuring a smooth and professional welcome.
Perform property viewings with potential clients, showcasing the unique features of our apartments and addressing inquiries.
Maintain and update all property and client-related information in our system to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Act as a key point of contact, providing outstanding service to tenants and clients during their first interactions with our brand.
Support the team with internal communication regarding tenant needs and property updates.
Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) by assisting with cross-functional administrative tasks.
Answer and redirect calls as needed, ensuring client inquiries are addressed promptly.
About you: We're looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused individual who meets the following qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
An excellent level of English (additional languages are a plus).
Outstanding communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth operational support.
A proactive and flexible mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
