Foster professional development within the team and lead hiring processes to fill key roles.Process Optimization: Improve workflows and development processes, ensuring best engineering practices are implemented across the organization.
Establish a scalable and agile environment.Performance Management: Implement clear performance and quality metrics.
Oversee the technical infrastructure, including system architecture, networks, and deployments, to ensure high availability and performance.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product and customer teams to ensure that technical developments align with business and customer needs.Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and evaluate new opportunities to incorporate innovations that strengthen Landbot's offering.
