As part of the Customer Service Opella Healthcare International, the Systems and Process Manager is in charge of the systems, the processes, and the tools of the platform, aiming at supporting the platform goal: to export the right product, to the right market, at the right time.
The manager ensures the employees' right appropriation of the systems, processes, and tools, as well as their correct executions.
The role also includes flow monitoring in the systems.Key Responsibilities:Train the teams to ensure standardized knowledge and the right usage of systems, processes, and tools.Provide technical support.Monitor the flow.Manage the accesses of the team in respect of compliance rules.Write, assess, and continuously improve processes and ways of working of the teams.Contribute to projects of the CS OHI.Benchmark technological solutions to simplify and automate non-value-added tasks.Competencies:Ability to write and enforce processes.Capability to train teams.Know how to build a network and ecosystems around the activity to ensure rightful support.At ease in a changing and complex environment.Proactive and force of proposal.Ability to identify new systems and tools requirements.Capability to contribute to highly transversal projects.Training / Specific Knowledge:5 years of studies graduated from business school or equivalent.Knowledge/understanding of Supply Chain.Understanding of Risk Management (ex.
