We commit every day for customer satisfaction and are deeply engaged to make Sanofi CHC the best FMCH company in and for the World.In this context, the CHC Supply Chain is building a dedicated Logistics Centre of Excellence to provide the CHC customers with the best logistic and distribution services while improving planet sustainability.Being a key member of the Global Logistics Centre of Excellence, the Logistics Business Process Expert actively contributes to the implementation of the Logistics & Distribution roadmap aligned with the overall CHC strategy, develops the skills of the CHC Logistics & Distribution community, ensures adherence to the CHC Logistics & Distribution model, contributes to our CO2 Zero emission objective, and delivers innovative solutions and processes increasing Customer and employee Satisfaction.Main responsibilities:Contributes to define and implement the strategy for Logistics & Distribution areas, aligned with the overall CHC roadmap.Leads the Global relationship with our Key 3PL partners, aligns on performance KPIs and governs it over business connects.Designs KPI for service/cost/sustainability and collaborates on global data model/base and deploys business dashboard globally.Designs global logistic processes with procurement and quality team and ensures global adherence by logistic ops.Leads loss analyses/VSM to identify the risks and needs for improvement and develops corrective action plans accordingly. Ensures proper understanding and respect of Internal Control rules for the Logistics & Distribution scope.Supports the definition of an ambitious roadmap to improve the Routes to Market model with the CHC customers (e-Commerce, Network design, real-time Track & Trace...) and assists the regions and countries teams in the roll-out.Supports the planet sustainability initiatives, monitors the COE emission, identifies new levers of improvement, and raises awareness across the Logistic and Distribution network and community.Ensures that the Logistics & Distribution digital landscape (WMS, TMS, ERPs, Control Tower...) are properly designed and maintained leveraging new technologies (RPA, Machine Learning, Predictive data,...).Constantly performs benchmark, identifying the best in class practices within the industry and exploring future trends to leverage these new standards for improving services to the CHC customers.Drives the automation and simplification of the CHC Logistics & Distribution model through extensive digital coverage enabling the Logistics & Distribution teams to focus on added value activities
