By joining us, you don't just become part of our success story; you help shape the future and continue our rich legacy that started back in 1874.Join us as a Data Quality and Analytics Team LeadYour main responsibilities:Drive innovation in data visualization and reporting, developing impactful reports that empower leaders to make data-driven decisions.Agile Lead on key digitalization and automation projects related to reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Champion requirement engineering: Uncover user needs through deep dives and workshops.Craft clear, concise, and functional requirements that ensure your solutions meet user expectations and run smoothly.Manage solution backlog: Break down your solution into separate versions and prioritize requirements.Foster and facilitate change management, supporting a culture of data-driven decision making within a multinational environment.Define, monitor and drumbeat reconciliation strategy over Schindler standard reporting systems within your QA (Quality Assurance) team.Ensure information readiness with your IT counterparts bringing the best value to reporting community.Promote and ensure the highest quality for our reporting products is met and released.Thrive in a Collaborative & Global Environment:Work with talented professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Innovative Environment: Be part of a forward-thinking team driving digital transformation within a global organization.Manage Global projects with colleagues across the whole Schindler organization.We promote and foster a culture of diversity, where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best work.What you bring:7+ years of experience in requirement engineering and business analysis.3+ years of experience in various reporting, BI or analytics projects with solid knowledge in a leading BI tool (i.e. Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau).3+ years of Agile project management experience in relevant field utilizing Jira, SharePoint and Confluence or comparable solutions.2+ years of Data management and reconciliation (i.e. Excel or DB query).Quality Assurance experience, DevOps framework-continuous improvement knowledge, and SQL knowledge is a plus.Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or relevant field.Experience in working in a multinational Digital environment.Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management (Minimum certified B2).SAP Finance & Controlling experience or consolidation reporting experience is a plus.What's in it for you?Join our purpose-driven organization.
