As part of the Spanish Partnerships team, your mission will be to drive acquisition on our Key Segment Micro, Small & Company Creators by sourcing new partnerships and scaling existing partners to reach our ambitious goals. Additionally, the partnerships team has a secondary mission to drive Revenue and Retention.
You will directly report to our Lead Partnerships in Spain and work closely with the Growth, Strategic Projects, and Product teams.
As a Channel Partnerships Manager for Spain at Qonto, you will:
Identify, assess, and launch new partnership opportunities with top Spanish players; manage and nurture key partners, developing common objectives and continuous improvements.
Work with internal stakeholders to build business cases, legal documents, and Go-To-Market marketing and sales strategies; develop, when required, a tailor-made approach to customer journeys & integrations in partnership.
Work closely with other local teams and the Global partnerships team to ensure a smooth launch & continuous improvement; be accountable for the delivery of meaningful partnerships in line with overall profitability and growth objectives.
Identify blockers and provide recommendations for improvements of team processes.

About your future manager:
Lead Partnerships Spain will be the one to help you succeed. His background? After completing his studies in industrial engineering at Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, Raul developed experiences in the business development field in startups and highly scalable business models. He joined Qonto in January 2024 as Partnership Lead for our Spanish market.

Experience: You have up to 2 or 3 years of experience in Channel Partnerships and Business Development.
Customer-oriented: You prioritize customer needs & expertise in every business goal.
Storyteller and negotiator: You like to articulate complex situations simply to convey meaningful messages & communicate efficiently with potential partners.
Organizational & cross-functional skills: You are interested in business planning and demonstrate skills in project management and stakeholder coordination.
Analytical and business-oriented: You can leverage data and insights to support your decision-making process, tracking, monitoring, reporting, invoicing.
Curious: You are willing to go deep to learn about the nuances of our ecosystem and product.
Teamwork: You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in full autonomy and within a hyper-growth context.
Tools: You have already used a CRM; Salesforce would be a plus.
Languages: You are fluent in both Spanish and English.
