Your Mission: As part of the Spanish Partnerships team, you will drive acquisition in our Key Segment (Micro, Small, & Company Creators) by sourcing new partnerships and scaling existing ones. You will report to Raul, our Lead Partnerships in Spain, and collaborate closely with the Growth, Strategic Projects, and Product teams.
Responsibilities: Identify, assess, and launch new partnership opportunities with top Spanish players.Manage and nurture key partners, developing common objectives and continuous improvements.Work with internal stakeholders to build business cases, legal documents, and marketing strategies.Develop a tailor-made approach to customer journeys and integrations in partnership.Collaborate with local teams and the Global partnerships team for smooth launches and improvements.Be accountable for delivering meaningful partnerships aligned with profitability and growth objectives.Identify blockers and provide recommendations for improvements in team processes.What You Can Expect: Impact on the development of Qonto Spain.Opportunities to grow by managing projects from scratch.Learning curve and responsibilities.Joining an ambitious European scale-up.About Your Future Manager: Raul, Lead Partnerships Spain, has a background in industrial engineering and experience in business development in startups. He is motivated to grow the Spanish market and his team.
