Opportunity: Channel Manager for Renewable Energy

Responsibilities: Initiate and manage a regional network of O&M managers and park managers to optimize commercial processes through prescription and ensure project quality by connecting with local professionals. Prospect, manage, and support a network of local installers and prescribers to secure collaboration contracts. Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, enhancing future business opportunities and customer acquisition. Lead the creation and advancement of sales tools, primarily digital. Keep sales tools updated, including CRM, commercial presentations, and case studies. Represent the Sales, Innovation, and Marketing departments in your region. Collaborate in forecasting potential client engagements and actively participate in defining and developing commercial and product strategies. Engage in sales events and professional meetings. Profile sought: Advanced commercial or technical education with at least 5 years of B2B experience (B2B2B preferred) in photovoltaics or renewable energy sectors. Experienced in negotiating commercial collaborations and managing long-term relationships. Availability to travel regularly and organize business trips methodically. Motivated to tackle challenges as part of a team and develop skills continuously in an evolving market. Proficiency in digital tools for commercial use (e.g., CRM) and a knack for learning new digital and agile management practices. Fluent in Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Passionate about renewable energies, especially photovoltaic energy.
