In this role, you will be responsible for translating the strategy into actionable and profitable programs that can be run by our Autodesk Learning Partners (ALPs). You will report to the Director, Global Autodesk Learning Partner Programs. Building programs that meet the needs of academia, align with the skills of our ALPs, and drive AEX strategy is the main objective of this role.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with the ALP Channel Managers globally to understand the capability and capacity of the ALP channel.Partner with the AEX Strategy and Field Engagement teams to understand short- and long-term strategy and goals.Coordinate with our Global Program Manager and Regional Distributors to plan enablement and execution strategies for the ALPs.Work with the operations and legal teams to define program guidelines, including payment structure and reporting requirements.Identify and plan for event support in conjunction with our Field Engagement, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships teams.Represent the ALP channel in global AEX lead process discussions.Provide channel support for North America.Minimum Qualifications: 5 years experience working in a channel or distribution ecosystem.Proven ability to translate strategy into executable plans.Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with external partners.Confident at presenting and discussing industry workflows and practices as well as their application in the academic environment.Proven ability to influence others and drive results in a highly matrixed organization.Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to explain issues in a clear, concise, and logical manner.Ability to travel globally, up to 40% of the time.Preferred Qualifications: Experience creating and tracking budgets.Experience in an Education sales role.Fluent in German or Spanish.Salary Transparency: Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package.
