What You'll Do: As a Channel Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue growth across the region. Here's how you'll contribute: Strategic Business Planning: Develop and execute an annual business plan, updated quarterly, to drive growth in new customers, maximize recurring revenue (cross-sell, upsell, renewals), and leverage marketing initiatives for revenue maximization. Data Analysis & Sales Strategy: Review and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and variances to adapt strategies as needed. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities, and focus on renewals to achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with various internal teams (GTM, sales operations, marketing) to advance the reseller business and elevate partner experience. Relationship Building: Foster relationships at all organizational levels, including C-level, to enhance influence and drive business through strategic partnerships. Customer Support Collaboration: Partner with product specialists to support resellers in customer sales conversations, delivering seamless and valuable customer interactions.
