DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assess quickly the customer needs and uncover potential sales opportunitiesLead confidently customers through all steps of their journeyAbility to develop a sound technical understanding of the client's cloud services as well as its cost & monitoring potentialSuccessfully gain the trust of the customers by providing high quality technical expertise to clarify their questions & handle their objectionsPossess strong sales capability to fully understand the client's cloud sales lifecycle and assess accurately customers' stage levelsAbility to discover sales opportunities which are not always apparent, such as future upcoming projects and follow-ups to test phasesProvide critical product and program feedback to operations, business groups, product groups, and engineering teamsStrong passion for IT and client supportAcquaintance with cloud productsREQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Dutch, verbal and written.
