As our Changeover & Maintenance Planning Engineer, you take responsibility for preparing the weekly maintenance master schedule and integrated planning of projects and changeovers into the maintenance planning.
Both activities are coordinated in close cooperation with operations, maintenance, and engineering.
Changeovers, Maintenance interventions, and Shutdowns at Corbion are complex projects with a lot of interaction and interdependency with other processes.
Your main objective is to manage and realize safe, effective, and efficient Changeovers, Maintenance interventions, or Shutdowns which are scheduled well in advance and secure and manage the dedicated resources needed beyond the normal daily operations.
You report to the Site Operations Manager.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare the Changeovers, Maintenance interventions, or shutdown planning in close alignment with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering.Coordinate and follow up resources, services, and spares requirements for Changeovers, Maintenance interventions, and Shutdowns.Prepare Budget and report Actual expenses.Conduct audits to monitor the work progress and safety during Campaign Changes, Maintenance interventions, or shutdowns.Prepare daily progress reports and post-execution reports.Draw up Master Schedule plan for maintenance work.In consultation with concerning departments, initiate and coordinate the maintenance and project programme for Operations.Periodic review and report of the Master Schedule plan versus the actual execution, including executed RCA's.Generate efficiency by proactively managing synergies between Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations departments.Coordination and execution of transfer activities to accommodate different disciplines.Initiating and managing improvement initiatives (fact-based) concerning maintenance, procedures, and safety.Proactively translate shopfloor ideas into modifications.RequirementsAcademic degree in a relevant engineering field.At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in managing Changeovers, Maintenance interventions, and Shutdowns in the (petro-)chemical industry.Operations & maintenance experience & good knowledge of HSE regulations.Experience with lean principles like: Visual management, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, etc.Communication and leadership skills.Team player, well organized, strong coaching skills, pragmatic, and able to work in teamwork.About CorbionWhat makes Corbion truly special is our talented global team of people, who are consciously dedicated to connecting the work we do together with the difference it makes in the lives of consumers, including our own friends and families.
