The Biopharmaceuticals Clinical Operations Transformation Management Office (TMO) is a global department within AstraZeneca R&D.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe role will assist the development and implementation of change management strategies for one or multiple transformation programmes within the organisation.Works closely with the TMO team to ensure alignment of change impact across a portfolio of projects.Provide change management expertise and support for large scale transformation programmes.Manage and monitor Change across transformation programmes ensuring change is delivered in a coordinated way.Partner with project leaders and project managers on successful delivery of the initiative.Perform change impact assessments and analysis to support planning for change.Support and input to partner engagement, communications, and training plans to ensure project success.Input to and support plans for measuring adoption and success of change.Participates in AZ project management and change management communities of practice to share standard methodologies and findings. Essential CriteriaDegree in business related field or scientific field.Expertise and a proven record of planning, managing and sustaining change in a project or transformation setting.Good understanding of the theory and process of Change Management.Demonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives.Stakeholder management and coaching skills to support leaders and stakeholders in change delivery.
