.Cigna Healthcare, International Health Delivery Services is seeking a dynamic strategic Change Manager to drive internal strategic transformation initiatives, foster a positive organizational culture, and enhance employee engagement across our global and diverse workforce.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and apply effective change management strategies.This role will be part of the IHDS Strategic Change Team and will report into the Change Coordinator.

At the heart of International Health's (IH) continued success is our IH Delivery Services (IHDS) team, comprised of over 3,500 colleagues across various global functions, working from our offices in the US, UK, Belgium, Spain, India, Kenya, UAE, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.Main Responsibilities:In this role, you will be assigned to specific strategic change projects, such as agile transformation and location strategy.
In that role, you will:Work closely with the change team and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, maximum employee adoption, and proficiency of the change.Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.Support communication efforts by enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.Additional Responsibilities:Complete change management assessments.Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance.Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan.Track and report issues and propose solutions.Ensure alignment of change and culture initiatives across different regions, adapting strategies to meet local needs while maintaining a cohesive global approach.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
