Job Title Change Manager As Change Manager, you will define and drive the development and implementation of change management initiatives supporting the strategic needs from our Travel Unit.

In this role you will: Develop change management strategies and plans to ensure the employees affected by key transformation initiatives are equipped to embrace the change positively. Identify stakeholders and engage with them throughout the change process. Assess the impact of proposed changes on employees, processes, and systems, working very closely with the TU operating model team, and different stakeholders across the organization. Create communication plans to keep employees informed about upcoming changes. Provide support and training to employees affected by changes. Monitor the progress of change initiatives, addressing any issues that arise. Analyze feedback adjusting change management strategies as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of change efforts. Document change processes and outcomes for future reference and improvement. About the ideal candidate: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a change management leading role managing complex transformational projects in a multinational company Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to digest and communicate complex information Collaborative and adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment Working at Amadeus, you will find: A critical mission and purpose: At Amadeus, you will be powering the future of travel and pursuing a critical mission and extraordinary purpose.
