Change Manager Digitalization and Learning (m/f/d) JOIN THE TEAM Our product team of Change and Learning Experts support digitalization initiatives with a major change, communication and learning impact within BASF. As a Senior Change, Communication and Learning Specialist you will drive transformation successfully by people engagement and enablement, ensuring that the affected workforce is ready and able to adapt to the new digital solution in an agile environment in a sustainable way. You significantly contribute to the success of digitalization initiatives by ensuring awareness, willingness, and ability of stakeholders guiding them through the change process and transition phase. Since we see agile as a true part of Change Management you will also act as an Agility Master or Scrum Master in projects or product teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible to manage change successfully in any IT related digitalization projects & initiatives, focussing on the impacted people. You consult projects / product teams in all aspects of change, communication and sustainable learning (with SAP Enable Now) in an agile working environment. You conduct change impact, and learning need analyses as well as derive fitting actions (e.g. change and communication plan, learning concept and curricula … ) You develop and deliver change and communication materials using a variety of media and channels You manage and coordinate the delivery of sustainable learning materials across all stakeholders You align your activities with both global and local teams, also on management level You continuously develop innovative approaches in change, communication and learning in an agile environment You play an active part in our global change, communication and learning community You liaise with 3rd party vendors and establish/maintain good working relationships You will take over the role as an Agility Master and/or combine it with a Change Manager role in projects or products QUALIFICATIONS You have a university degree (bachelor or master's degree or equivalent) in economics, social sciences, humanities, computer science or psychology. You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Change Management, Communication, Learning in a multinational and multi-cultural organization. You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in agile ways of working, acting as a product owner or agility masterYou are experienced to manage stakeholders, also on executive level You bring a structured, analytical approach and focus on quality Experience in state-of-the-art Change Management, Communication and Learning methodologies and the willingness to further develop Work experience with Agile Frameworks or Design Thinking Be highly motivated, dynamic, methodical, self-organized, enthusiastic, and able to manage projects and events Effective team player, creative and motivated working style with a strong focus on people Outstanding communication skills in English Certification in agile frameworks or roles e.g. Product Owner, Agility Master is a plus Experience with an Enterprise Learning Platform (e.g. SAP Enable Now) is a plus BENEFITS A secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority.
