About the Role Are you an experienced and passionate Change Management Professional seeking an opportunity to support a world-leading clinical operations function?

The Biopharmaceuticals Clinical Operations Transformation Management Office (TMO) is a global department within AstraZeneca R&D. We are a collaborative and inclusive community where curious and passionate individuals are committed to enabling the discovery of new medicines.

Key Responsibilities: The role will assist the development and implementation of change management strategies for one or multiple transformation programmes within the organisation. Works closely with the TMO team to ensure alignment of change impact across a portfolio of projects.

Provide change management expertise and support for large scale transformation programmesApply change management processes and tools to support the preparing, managing and sustaining of the change lifecycle on transformation programmesManage and monitor Change across transformation programmes ensuring change is delivered in a coordinated wayPartner with project leaders and project managers on successful delivery of the initiativePerform change impact assessments and analysis to support planning for changeSupport and input to partner engagement, communications, and training plans to ensure project successInput to and support plans for measuring adoption and success of changeParticipates in AZ project management and change management communities of practice to share standard methodologies and findings Essential Criteria Degree in business related field or scientific fieldExpertise and a proven record of planning, managing and sustaining change in a project or transformation settingGood understanding of the theory and process of Change ManagementDemonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectivesStakeholder management and coaching skills to support leaders and stakeholders in change deliveryAbility to analyse change impact assessments, and to provide insights and strategies based on analysis Desirable Criteria Formal qualifications in change management, project management, and/or process improvement methodologiesExperience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical contextPharmaceutical R&D experience Why AstraZeneca At AstraZeneca, we 're dedicated to being a Great Place to Work.
