About the role In this position, you will join the growing Centre of Excellence (CoE) - Change Management, a part of the Technology Innovation (TI) division at DFDS.

Your primary responsibility will be to support DFDS with our change priorities relating to MAs.
These activities will focus on our work in the Straight of Gibraltar (SoG), specifically in Spain and Morocco.
With the help of the CoE Change Management Team, you will drive and execute on the SoG change management plan, providing input on what is relevant and feasible.
Your tasks will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including: Change planning Stakeholder analysis Change impact assessment Risk management Change communication Sparring on training Pulse surveys Provide training in the ADKAR Framework to project members In addition to driving the SoG change management track, you will contribute to the continued improvement of the change management approach and toolbox across TI, DFDS's Technology and Innovation division.

You will become part of the newly established Centre of Excellence – TI Change Management team, consisting of many experienced colleagues supporting a range of high-profile projects within DFDS.
In your day-to-day life your direct report line will be towards the Senior Change Manager.
About you We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of managing change within complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
If you are a naturally curious individual who constantly seeks to challenge the status quo, you will feel right at home within the CoE – TI Change Management team.

Professionally, you have: Minimum 5 years of experience working within change management, preferably in Spain Prior experience working in the MA space A structured approach to your work Solid experience of developing and executing successful change management plans Strong stakeholder management skills and a beating heart for middle managers and end-users A can-do attitude and are hands-on, getting things done, and can driving work forward independently in complex situations A Prosci ADKAR certification (or you are familiar with the framework and keen to learn) Personally, you are: Must Have Based in Spain Happy to travel for work approx.
50 - 60 days/year Fluent in both English and Spanish.
