We are a high performing team with an entrepreneurial mindset, supporting the digitisation and standardisation efforts in DFDS to build the foundation for future growth. We invite you to join us and make a real impact on the people side of change!Your primary responsibility will be to support DFDS with our change priorities relating to M&As. These activities will focus on our work in the Straight of Gibraltar (SoG), specifically in Spain and Morocco. With the help of the CoE Change Management Team, you will drive and execute on the SoG change management plan, providing input on what is relevant and feasible. Your tasks will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including: Change planning Stakeholder analysis Change impact assessment Risk management Change communication Sparring on training Pulse surveys Provide training in the ADKAR Framework to project members In addition to driving the SoG change management track, you will contribute to the continued improvement of the change management approach and toolbox across T&I, DFDS's Technology and Innovation division.
