If so, let's start the conversation.The Opportunity The Change Enablement Partner in the HR Strategy & Enablement CoE works directly with an assigned Centre of Excellence (CoE) to lead change management efforts across projects, initiatives, processes, and policy deployments. Responsible for developing the enablement and communication content on behalf of CoEs (aligned to their strategy), ensuring the employee experience remains at the forefront of the design and go-to-market approaches.What You'll Do Partner and collaborate with assigned CoEs to understand their strategies and lead change management efforts across various projects, initiatives, processes, and policy deployments.Create and develop enablement and communication content in alignment with CoEs' strategies, ensuring that the employee experience is prioritized in the design and implementation of change initiatives.Provide leadership in change management efforts, guiding stakeholders through the change process and ensuring successful adoption of new processes or policies.Engage with key stakeholders across the Account Management Team to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment.Develop and implement change strategies (in alignment with the HR change management framework) to enable and support assigned work activities.Keep the employee experience at the forefront of all change management activities, ensuring that changes are designed to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall experiences.Develop communication plans and execute communication activities to effectively convey change messages and updates to employees, managers, and other stakeholders.Collaborate with CoEs to develop required training programs and materials to support employees in adapting to change and acquiring new skills or knowledge.Monitor the impact of change initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes
