Come help us build the future of Web3 and digital ownership.About the OpportunityThe Global Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing our comprehensive total rewards strategy. This role includes overseeing performance management cycles, assisting with new hire offers, and administering benefits programs both in Europe and the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global compensation and benefit programs, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.What You Will Do:Performance Management: Lead and manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and communication with Exec on budget and adequacy of leaders' recommendations. Develop and implement performance management tools and processes that align with company objectives. Manage and update our pay benchmarking tool and propose improvements. Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance management practices.Compensation: Assist with the development and implementation of competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent. Collaborate with the recruitment team to craft and review new hire offer packages. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive pay practices. Lead midyear and year-end performance review cycles. Partner with finance to ensure all pay review initiatives fit budgets.Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of global benefits programs, including health, parental leave, retirement, wellness, and other employee benefits.
