SAP has strategically decided to significantly invest in an SAP Enterprise Architecture Advisory Team. Primarily, the role of the Enterprise Architects is to guide our key SAP clients in the NA region on their SAP transformation journey, especially those initiating a RISE with SAP transition. Our approach starts by comprehending their existing Enterprise Architecture (supported by tools like LeanIX or SAP Signavio) and then guiding them towards a North Star target architecture state. This ideal target architecture aligns their strategy and required business capabilities with SAP's solutions and adheres to a Clean Core backed by SAP's Business Technology Platform. To support this approach, we utilize reliable and proven Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks.
