Primarily, the role of the Enterprise Architects is to guide our key SAP clients in the NA region on their SAP transformation journey, especially those initiating a RISE with SAP transition. Our approach starts by comprehending their existing Enterprise Architecture (supported by tools like LeanIX or SAP Signavio), and then guiding them towards a North Star target architecture state.
