About your mission You will actively contribute to the Dormer Pramet Management Group with a direct report to the President.
You will also support the HR Vice-president with specific tasks and calendar organization, and at the same time, you will be part of the Core Team Business.
This is a great opportunity for a driven professional who wants to take a central role in our company and be part of good collaboration and continuous improvements with the Management Group.
Part of your responsibility will be to act as the main point of contact among other executive assistants, executive managers, employees, and others.
You will take new initiatives to improve the efficiency and quality of supporting Dormer Pramet President with administrative tasks, coordination of the management team activities, yearly calendar planning, and set up meetings.
You will be managing information flow and time in an accurate manner.
You will contribute to the efficiency of our business when planning Dormer Pramet Management Monthly Meetings which include travel arrangements and minutes of meetings.
Key Responsibilities Travel accommodations and taxi reservations.
Flight bookings for the President and HR VP.
Take minutes during the meetings to ensure the actions are provided after.
We promote Remote Working, so the location for this position is flexible in Europe, with some preference in Spain.
Some travel into different locations (worldwide) will happen on a very regular basis.
About you As we act in a truly global setting, you also need excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
You're both a planner and a doer with a positive attitude and a natural talent for service and leadership.
