We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in more than 16 countries (Europe & North America).Greenvolt is seeking an experienced HR Report and Analytics Manager to lead the development and execution of global HR data metrics and dashboards at Group Level. This role is pivotal in providing data-driven insights to support HR decision-making, optimize HR processes, and drive strategic initiatives. The HR R&A; Manager will collaborate closely with HR leadership and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and the effective utilization of analytics tools and techniques.Key accountabilitiesCompensation and Benefits:Elaborate the annual salary review and bonus processes for different geographies.Advise and influence business decisions related to hiring and retention to develop competitive offers rooted in market data and aligned with our compensation philosophy, for new and existing employees.Lead, carry out and deploy Compensation related projects, among others: development and/or re-design of existing/new programs, design of fixed and variable compensation plans.Design of employees compensation package and propose new elements of compensation for different geographies.Carry out Salary and/or Benefits Benchmarks in different geographies.Implement processes related to salary costs.Short and medium term-planning and controlling of costs.Designing and develop metrics and dashboards to support a variety of compensation initiatives.Reporting and Analytics:Analyze HR data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform strategic HR initiatives and decision-making.Maintain data updated and prepare metrics.Assume responsibility for analyzing compensation data and propose enhancement actions in case of deviations.Designing and develop metrics and dashboards to support a variety of compensation and organization initiatives.Planning and Forecasting:Leading the preparation of Personnel Costs Budget for different geographies.Short and medium term-planning and controlling of costs.Designing and develop metrics and dashboards to support a variety of compensation initiatives.Data Management:Oversee the collection, storage, and maintenance of HR data, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.Implement and manage HR data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.Collaborate with IT and Compliance departments to ensure the effective integration of HR data systems and tools.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making within the HR reporting and analytics team.Qualifications:Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.At least 5 years of comparable experience in a similar role.Having worked in the Renewable Energy Sector is a plus.Having worked in an international environment is a must.Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel.Power BI and knowledge of Tableau and SQL is advantageous.Previous experience in international fast-paced environments is a plus.Familiarity with HR technology systems is mandatory.Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.A good understanding of best practices in HR topics and working knowledge & understanding of all HR related disciplines including talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, development, succession planning, organizational design and employee relations is essential. Ability to build supportive relationships and challenge the status quo is important.We want an energy transition for everyone from everyone!
