The Role: We have an incredible opportunity for an ambitious leader to join Personio, leading one of our Sales teams in Spain.

As a Team Lead Sales in Spain, your mission is to build up and grow our footprint within Spain to support Personio becoming the leading cloud-based HR Management, Recruiting, and Payroll software for SMEs in Europe.
We already have a really solid foundation in Southern Europe built over the last three years and are looking to further accelerate our growth this year and beyond.
In this role, you will lead a team of Spanish Account Executives and promote further development using expertise, motivation, and most of all fun, as well as the continuous achievement against sales targets.
This role offers you a unique opportunity to help shape Personio's growth and become a pioneer in transforming HR for SMEs in the entire region and have a significant impact on the future of our customers' HR work.
These responsibilities await you:You will lead, develop, and recruit a high-performing team of Account Executives, who focus solely on acquiring new customers (100% new business focus), to address complex software purchasing processes in Spanish small- and medium-sized organizations.You have a strong focus on coaching a team of Spanish Account Executives and defining new standards for key levers like project plans and good stakeholder management.Together with your team, you continuously achieve set goals on a monthly and quarterly basis, including quarterly accelerator when goals are exceeded.You analyze data-driven processes to optimize conversion rates, time-to-sell, ARPA, and other KPIs.You develop, together with the sales management, sales development, and marketing team, go-to-market strategies for our customer segment and implement them successfully.What you need to succeed:At least two years of professional experience as an Account Executive in B2B new customer acquisition and at least one year of disciplinary leadership experience in a B2B software, SaaS, cloud, or technology sales team.Successfully develop and build initiatives to support pipeline generation through our Account Executives.You have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to get things done.
You are driven by impact and want to be measured by results.You're willing and able to personally be involved in supporting critical deals - calling, pitching, and negotiating.You drive accurate forecasting and have a proven history of (over-)meeting set goals on time.An accurate understanding of software sales processes and experience with models like MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or Gap Selling.You have a deep understanding of software purchasing processes for small and medium-sized customers - this includes, e.g., stakeholder management and embedding a software solution into an existing IT landscape.You have a strong analytical understanding as well as experience with relevant CRM systems like Salesforce and sales tools like Salesloft, Zoom, etc.You communicate confidently, clearly, and fluently in Spanish and English.Why Personio:Aside from our people, culture, and mission, there are a variety of additional benefits that help make Personio a great place to work!
