In this role the CFO reports to ArcelorMittal Construction Chief Financial Officer and will be frequently travelling (50%).The CFO will be responsible for developing, leading and implementing finance strategy to enable the companies to grow, thrive and maintain a healthy financial position within the marketplace. Manages and coordinates the company's financial function across the regions covering the two main areas of finance:Compliance: accounting, credit management, Vat & tax, policies & procedures, internal and external audit Business partnering: multi-year plans, financing, budgeting, performance management, supporting post-acquisition integration This is the top finance position of the region governed by policies and frameworks established by the ArcelorMittal Construction group.This will be achieved by partnering with the Chief Financial Officer, local CEOs and local finance teams.The main responsibilities and missions:Managing financial performance and supporting cluster management and entity CEOs with the economic and financial analyses required necessary for operational and strategic management. Business Partnering the AMC CFO & entity CEOs on operational and strategic financial management To determine the company's operating results on a monthly basis (accounts closing, management indicators, cost control, etc. ) in all entities of regional responsibility (Iberia, Italy, Caribbean & Dominicana, Reunion) Supervising of entity controlling / finance teams, managing and developing their skills (training, performance management, career plans, etc. ) Alignment of forecasting results (drawing up the annual budget and objectives, updating monthly forecasts, monitoring variances, etc #J-18808-Ljbffr
