We are a dynamic and growing telecommunications company with a strong presence in multiple countries.We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and innovation.Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients, and we are looking for a skilled finance professional to join our team in Fuengirola, Málaga. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Controller/CFO to manage our financial operations.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget management.Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential.Experience with Zoho Books is a strong advantage (however, not a demand)   **Key Responsibilities:** - **Bookkeeping:** Manage all aspects of bookkeeping including debit/credit entries, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.- **VAT Reporting:** Prepare and submit VAT reports in compliance with Spanish regulations.- **Budget Management:** Develop, monitor, and report on company budgets.- **Salary Administration:** Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.- **Annual Accounts Preparation:** Prepare annual accounts for review by external auditors.- **Coordination:** Communicate and collaborate with controllers in other countries to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.- **Financial Analysis:** Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Requirements - **Languages:** Fluency in both Spanish and English (Company language is English) - **Experience:** Proven experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget management.- **Software Skills:** Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.- **Education:** Relevant degree or certification in accounting, finance, or a related field.- **Skills:** Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.- **Skills:** Strong communication skills Benefits **What We Offer:** - Competitive salary & private health insurance - Flexible part-time hours - Opportunity to work in a multinational environment - Collaborative and supportive team culture
