Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients, and we are looking for a skilled finance professional to join our team in Fuengirola, Málaga.**Position Overview:**We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Controller/CFO to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget management. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential. Experience with Zoho Books is a strong advantage (however, not a demand)**Key Responsibilities:**- **Bookkeeping:** Manage all aspects of bookkeeping including debit/credit entries, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.- **VAT Reporting:** Prepare and submit VAT reports in compliance with Spanish regulations.- **Budget Management:** Develop, monitor, and report on company budgets.- **Salary Administration:** Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.- **Annual Accounts Preparation:** Prepare annual accounts for review by external auditors.- **Coordination:** Communicate and collaborate with controllers in other countries to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.- **Financial Analysis:** Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Requirements - **Languages:** Fluency in both Spanish and English (Company language is English)- **Experience:** Proven experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget management.- **Software Skills:** Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.- **Education:** Relevant degree or certification in accounting, finance, or a related field.- **Skills:** Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.**What We Offer:**- Competitive salary & private health insurance- Flexible part-time hours- Opportunity to work in a multinational environment- Collaborative and supportive team culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
