Endpoint Engineer Lead Analyst What does a normal day involve? Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to productivity. Coordinate with colleagues and peers in Europe, Asia, and Middle East Infrastructure teams. Participate in change activity that may be scheduled out of hours. Follow all operational processes and policies. Continuous improvement of the Cigna Workspace services. Adhere to Information Protection Policies and Business Continuity Plans. You will have: Experience as an Endpoint Engineer or similar role, supporting and maintaining end-user computing environments. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end-users of varying technical backgrounds. Familiarity with desktop virtualization technologies (VDI). Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, both remotely and on-site.
