These solutions include a range of standards for safe, socially and environmentally responsible farming practices. The most widely used GLOBALG.A.P. standard is Integrated Farm Assurance (IFA), applicable for fruit and vegetables, aquaculture, floriculture, livestock, and more. This standard also forms the basis for the GGN label: The consumer label for certified, responsible farming and transparency.
We are looking for Certification Integrity Program Assessors (M/F/d) Job Location: Country of operation (Europe or Latin America)

Your duties and responsibilities Conduct surveillance assessments of certification bodies (offices and producers) around the world, according to the requirements of the GLOBALG.A.P. Integrity Program (IP). Provide technical, administrative and operational support to the IP Team leader on global, as well as local tasks on request (e.g. provide technical support to the development of the GLOBALG.A.P. standards, conduct follow-up assessments to investigate complaints and integrity issues, etc.). Qualifications Comply with GLOBALG.A.P. IFA Crops Version 5 auditor qualifications, including previous auditing experience. In-depth knowledge of GLOBALG.A.P. IFA General Regulations and Control Points and Compliance Criteria, GRASP and/or Nurture add-ons. Additional approval for other add-ons (SPRING, FSMA, etc.) and other scopes (Aquaculture) is an advantage. Skills Very good written, technical and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Additional global language is an advantage (e.g. French, Italian, German). Excellent coordination and organizational skills. Excellent auditing skills and precise attention to detail. Appreciation and understanding of agricultural technical issues including food safety and sustainability. Able to work well in a multi-disciplinary team. Able to work under different climate conditions. Excellent conflict management skills and results-oriented. Experience 3+ years' experience as GLOBALG.A.P. Auditor. At least 5 years' professional experience in the agriculture industry. Strong technical background in agriculture related to crops. Additional experience with aquaculture and/or livestock is an advantage. Other Requirements Located in Europe or Latin America. High flexibility to travel extensively all around the world.
