Then join our passionate team and help us in working on exciting new insights and innovation!For our Global Data Analytics Team for Finance - Central Controlling area, we are looking for a Central Controlling Senior Data Analyst who will drive projects and activities with a focus on country controlling.You will drive and support:Generate new insights for country leadership teams, Corporate Controlling (CCO), and further stakeholders by transforming business needs into analytical or financial modeling capabilities.Develop or co-develop new reporting analytics solutions in close collaboration with other teams within and outside CCO.End-to-End ownership and continuous improvement for defined contents, processes, and technology.Drive innovation that creates value by pioneering new processes challenge the status-quo.Be a trustful source of knowledge for the Central Controlling teams in countries and hubs, fostering best-practice sharing and knowledge exchange.Be an active member of the Finance 360 community, interacting with stakeholders across the entire organization and contributing to continuous learning and exchange.We would expect from you:Experience in data analysis and/or finance/controlling.Good understanding of controlling content, KPIs, and processes.Driven, self-starter personality, capable of effectively prioritizing and operating with a high degree of ambiguity in a fast-paced and changing environment.Combine strong analytical skills with the expertise to transfer ideas into tangible, sustainable solutions.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a digital environment and virtual set-up.Strong Excel skills familiar with advanced functions and charting capabilities.
