All of this supports us in our mission to power the world's marketers with trusted and impactful advertising.OverviewWhat You'll DoManages the Chart of Accounts (CoA) for the companyLeads all key strategic initiatives impacting the CoA such as new product introductionPartners with rest of the shared services and controllership team to deliver best in class closing processDrives central reporting across all entities with a focus on automation (Power BI)Ensures accurate and timely feed into Consolidation tool from ERP (SAP BFC)Ensures key controls are being performed including revenue recognition reconciliationOversees leasing process, including review of T&Cs; and appropriate accounting and US GAAP to IFRS conversionPartners with global controller to drive transformation initiativesLeads and coaches a team of 2 FTEs and acts as a mentor to the broader controllership and accounting teamsWho you areMaster in Accounting and Finance required (CPA or equivalent is a plus) with knowledge of US GAAP and 7 plus years of overall experience (IFRS knowledge is a plus)Previous experience on closing and reportingSolid lease accounting experience both under US GAAP and IFRS (Planon is a plus)Solid knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)Passionate about processes and eager to deliver tangible improvements measured through KPIsStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsPrevious work experience in a Big 4 is a plusSelf-starter and proactive approachExperience in Tech industry and knowledge of SaaS is a plusStrong organization skills and work ethicsExcellent communication skills in English, ability to explain in simple terms complex accounting matters.
