The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is rapidly expanding our remote sales function to drive growth across a set of AWS' customers in Enterprise, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) or high priority acquisition targets in the Small Medium Business segment. As a Central Sales Representative at AWS, you are responsible for exercising acquisition skills, using solution-specific targeted campaigns to help grow consumption of current and net-new AWS services. In this full sales-cycle quota carrying role, you will use your sales and technical experience to work proactively with our customers to accelerate their journey to the cloud. In order to harness the innovation and scale of services AWS offers, you will leverage internal resources to engage with our customers to execute their strategic objectives in order to adapt to changing market trends. Key job responsibilities:
Work with the segment Manager to help define business strategy for customers.
Identify new opportunities to drive business expansion in a defined territory.
Develop and execute against a named account plan, meet and exceed your targets.
Manage numerous accounts concurrently and strategically.
Effectively manage a high volume of inquiries from new and existing customers.
Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience in technical sales for B2B or in solution-sales / technology-related environment.
Knowledge of existing and developing technologies.
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
Fluency in French and English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
AWS Cloud Certification.
Knowledge of existing and developing technologies.
