POSITION DETAILS Location: Atlanta (We are currently hiring for 5 locations within the greater Atlanta area) Environment: ABA Center Hybrid Flexibility : 32 hours in the center / 8 hours remote Schedule: Center hours are Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm WHAT MAKES THIS OPPORTUNITY UNIQUE?

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Competitive salaries starting at $80,000 annually (compensation based on caseload) Up to 8 hours/week of work-from-home flexibility 3 weeks of paid time off Medical insurance (50% covered by employer) Short-term disability (9 weeks at 80% salary) 4% 401K match CEU reimbursement Company laptop RESPONSIBILITIES As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will work with children with Autism and other developmental challenges by creating their treatment plan.
You will review, analyze, and develop behavioral health treatment systems and services for certain populations, including individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, consistent with the scientific discipline of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
REQUIREMENTS Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Ability to maintain a steady caseload of 6-8 clients.
