.Responsibilities:NURTURE CAMPAIGN MANAGERAs a function within the Global Revenue Marketing Organization, reporting to the Digital Marketing Campaign Manager, the Nurture Campaign Manager (North America) is responsible for multi-channel nurturing programs targeting leads and accounts within the global account universe. This role will plan, design, and execute the inbound set of tactics that creates engagement with leads and accounts early in their journey and builds a relationship with them as they come closer to purchase, successfully moving them down the funnel and feeding the RDR team and Lexmark's enterprise sales organization with qualified data points to assist in their prospecting efforts.Key Responsibilities:Define campaign tactics.Define content needed.Work with automation specialist to architect automated nurture programs for inactive phase, including automated enrollment and movement between campaigns.Work with data specialist to analyze data and testing to implement change based on key data capture from the campaign execution.Project manage creative resources and agencies.Craft complex, global, automated programs that are triggered from firmographic data, demographic data, digital footprint activity, or lead score that advances accounts through the funnel.Develop campaign plans according to a global marketing calendar, execute campaigns accurately and on time, and communicate campaign plans across multiple audiences.Flawless end-to-end testing and execution of campaigns from asset creation to execution to post-campaign analytics.Campaign status update and reporting.Tactics execution coordination.Develop and manage a calendar of webinars that will increase engagement with Lexmark while coordinating with speakers, stakeholders, global marketing, and Lexmark internal sales organizations.Required Qualifications:2-3+ years of experience working in B2B technology marketing.Strong track record of driving successful automated nurture campaigns.Mastering marketing automation technologies and platforms. Thorough understanding of Eloqua/CRM integration functionality. Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred, but other equivalent CRM platforms are acceptable.Understanding of the sales pipeline and inbound methodology from lead to bookings and very familiar with marketing contribution to this pipeline.Effective presentation and communication skills, experience with sales-facing communication.Comfortability with managing multiple programs simultaneously and constantly prioritizing projects to create an effective digital journey for the intended audience.Risk taker, willing to try new ideas, "fail fast" and adjust accordingly.Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.Passion for digital marketing and a drive to be continuously learning the newest trends.Lexmark is a federal contractor and, in accordance with Executive Order 14042, requires all U.S. employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
