Overview: The Coordinator of Talent Management will support the team across the different talent management programs aimed at developing and engaging high performing staff according to IE's mission and values. They will work with a special focus on the performance management practices.
Responsibilities Support and manage the design, operation and continuous development of all stages of the performance management cycle.
Oversee and ensure communication with the participating departments.
Prepare bi-monthly reports on the progression of the performance management cycle.
Review and analyze departmental requests and recommend solutions to value propositions.
Develop and consolidate analyses of key people metrics.
Aid in the implementation of technological improvements for the TM function.
Qualifications A Bachelor's degree.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Experience within HR, ideally within performance management, will be highly valued.
Team player with a "can do" attitude.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent customer orientation and organization skills.
Experience with Talent software will be a plus.
