Below is an excellent opportunity to work with a truly unique company specialising in the provision of the next-generation electric aircraft!As a Flight Test Instrumentation Technician, you will be working in the fast-growing Flight Test Team, reporting directly to the Head of Flight Test and aiding in building up the flight test infrastructure. You will be responsible for supporting all technical and operational activities related to instrumentation specifications, including sensors installation and wiring, design of installation and wiring diagrams, sensors calibration, signal conditioning, parameters tapping, data validation, tracking and recording, documentation and conformity.Typically, our day-to-day tasks will include:Design sensor installations and define installation instructionsDesign schematics for the instrumentation wiringInstall sensors and wiringEvaluate instrumentation installations for functioning and safetyProduce and maintain calibration recordsOperate the Data Acquisition SystemProvide support for the setup and maintenance of a Ground Control Station / TelemetryHandle the recorded test dataSpecific projects and tasks assigned by managementMinimum Requirements:Educational background as Electronic technicianExperience with data processing and analysisExperience in aircraft wiring and sensor installationExperience in drawing wiring diagramsExperience in a flight test environment would be beneficialCAD software experience would be beneficialExcellent team playerHigh level of self-confidence, with the ability to work in a team as well as autonomouslyTarget-oriented, driven workstyle with analytic problem-solving skills requiredFluent English language skills are essential, German language skills would be beneficialAs an added bonus, my client can offer a free breakfast and lunch (not bad for a contract position!)#J-18808-Ljbffr
