As our Business Development Manager (all genders), you will be at the forefront of our growth engine, initiating strategic purchasing processes within the DACH market.
Your role is pivotal in understanding complex business models, identifying value in opportunities, and navigating through decision-maker hierarchies with ease.

You work closely with our Account Executives and GTM functions and effectively integrate them into your strategies.

You manage your account portfolio and pipeline based on traction and opportunity size.
Qualifikation You have first experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or other GTM functions, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Logistics experience is a plus.
You are highly persistent, are motivated by output and the impact of your daily doings, and enjoy having a high degree of ownership.
You are curious, creative, and have strong strategic thinking skills.
You are able to identify opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly.
You have a high level of empathy and the ability to truly understand different perspectives.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of an organization, including higher seniorities.
