We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to help shape our digital platforms and improve the customer experience including our online shop, website, and other B2B eCommerce applications.

Your Responsibilities You will work closely with other UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience across Sartorius' digital platforms.
You will work closely with our product owners and other functions to develop user-centered UX/UI concepts, including customer journeys, flowcharts, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
Advise interdisciplinary teams and challenge existing processes from a customer UX/UI perspective to improve the overall customer experience.
You support usability analyses and tests in collaboration with the product owners and ensure that the findings are integrated into the design process.
To ensure a consistent design and brand principle across all platforms, you will ensure the consistent application of internal design standards in coordination with our corporate branding team.
What will convince us You have successfully completed a degree in media informatics, communication design or a related field.
You have several years of proven professional experience in UX/UI design with meaningful references and an understanding of user-centered design principles, brand guidelines, and typography.
Experience in carrying out the entire UX design lifecycle, from user research to journey mapping, persona development, prototyping, and usability testing is required.
Sound expertise in agile software development and systems, Figma, Atlassian, and Adobe CC.
You have a good understanding of front-end development with HTML, CSS, and JS as well as a strong technical understanding of design feasibility.
You are characterized by your professional communication and presentation skills, both towards internal and external stakeholders.
Your working style is structured and independent, and you have a hands-on mentality.
Your profile is rounded off by fluency in English.
